A dedicated macro pad for SolidWorks shortcuts with hand-wired matrix and QMK firmware.
To speed up my CAD workflow, I built a dedicated macro pad featuring the most common SolidWorks shortcuts (Esc, Space, Enter, Delete, etc.). I 3D printed the housing, keycaps, and a rotary dial, then hand-wired the matrix to an Arduino Micro.
I configured the board using QMK firmware, allowing for custom key mapping.
